• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose, including solicitation of minors or drug trafficking.
• Spam users or use automated bots to scrape data.
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text), but you grant Grindr a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and display your content in connection with the service.

6. Safety and Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Grindr does not conduct criminal background checks. We strongly advise you to use caution and follow our Safety Tips when interacting with others, especially when meeting in person.

7. Termination

Grindr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our community.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Grindr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grindr is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
